Become an Educational Assistant
Educational Assistants are needed throughout the Corporation at every level: elementary, middle and high school levels. E.A.s start out at $16.42 per hour, and after a 90 day review have the ability to move to $16.96.
P-H-M EA’s receive paid holidays and receive a yearly step increase on the anniversary of their hire.

Become a Teacher’s Assistant
Teachers Assistants are valuable partners on a students’ educational team partnering with the classroom teacher to provide extra assistance to students.
T.A.s start out at $15.35 per hour, and after a 90 day review have the ability to move to $15.78.
Kids Club Childcare Assistants
Love working with children and want some flexibility? Check out becoming a Kids Club Childcare Assistant. The program is offered before school, operating from 6:30 a.m. until the start of classes, and again after school, operating from the time of school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. Aside from an hourly rate starting at $13.38, these are some of the other benefits Kids Club employees enjoy:
- Kids Club employees elementary school aged children can attend Kids Club at no cost
- Eight paid Holidays
- Earn one Sick Day a month
- Two personal Business days per school year
- Option to work school breaks (spring, summer, fall & winter)

Custodians make great contributions to providing safe and nurturing learning environments for our students. When students feel emotionally, psychologically and physically safe, their academic performance is greatly enhanced. During COVID the need to maintain clean classrooms and buildings is of the utmost importance to student and staff safety.
Most Custodial positions start at $17.74 an hour.

Join P-H-M’s Transportation Team as a Bus Driver
This is an opportunity to join a great group of drivers and help make a difference in the lives of our students. Click to watch the video below about one of many of our amazing, dedicated drivers and then apply today!
P-H-M Substitute School Bus Drivers are paid $23.75 with a minimum of 4.0 hours per day (2 hour am / 2 hour pm). Sub drivers do have an opportunity for additional earnings by helping out on field trips that are in conflict with regular routes or outside of the normal time frame.
Route Drivers make $25.00 an hour.
The pay rate on field trips is $16.00 / hour. Minimum pay on all field trips is $35.00.
New drivers that have been trained by P-H-M will receive a stipend of $300.00 after 6 months after receiving their CDL license if they remain in good standing. This then provides the opportunity for sub drivers to become Full-time Route School Bus Drivers.
Existing P-H-M bus drivers can earn a $500 referral bonus for referring new drivers to P-H-M! The new driver would have to stay a minimum of 60 days for the referring driver to receive the bonus.
School Bus Drivers enjoy:

All new hires will start at the Probationary Step. After a satisfactory 90 day evaluation they will move to Step 1 and move through the remaining steps one per year on their probationary anniversary date with a satisfactory evaluation.
